Group Classes

We are delighted to announce the launch of classes at 360 Health Club. Classes are available to both members and none members. The classes are designed to help you get even more out of your training and achieve the results you are looking for!

Flexibility, cardiovascular (CV), resistance-training, core, and combinations of all these disciplines are available with gym classes. Training in a group or class is motivating and fun. Participating in a range of exercise classes is an excellent way of building all-round fitness.

The human body has over 600 muscles and we have the classes to help you train them all. Whatever the results you want to achieve we can help you achieve them. We all know the importance of the heart so we have many fun and enjoyable ways that you can make your heart healthier. Our classes include dancing, cycling or even yoga to help you relax.

Zumba
With a passion for dance, a love of music, and a desire to get fit and stay fit we've created our Zumba classes with a sense of fun and purpose.
Bhangra Dance Classes
Do you want to try something different? Want something fun and inspiring? Then bhangra classes may be just the thing! Using Indian dance moves, Bollywood music and strengthening exercises we'll make sure you get a really good workout without even realising that you are working out!
Yoga
Yoga can sometimes be considered therapeutic but it is a science that has taken thousands of years to perfect. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training is proven to be a fast-track to fitness. It's so simple and so easy for anyone to take part in it's no wonder that it has become so popular.
Kick Boxing
Want to be fitter, stronger, and more confident? Then the Martial Arts Place is the place for you. Our kickboxing classes will help you to boost your self-defence skills, make new friends and greatly improve your general wellbeing.
Pilates
Pilates is known for strengthening the core, but it also tones and reshapes the entire body gradually.  A strong body requires a strong foundation which comes from the body's core.  Pilates is designed to build from the core out to the extremities, while other strengthening programs on the extremities first.
